Non-Destructive Testing
We carry out on site NDT throughout the UK. We have a team of Technicians throughout the country. We are capable of carrying out Visual Testing, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Ultrasonic Testing. Welding Technology
Provide welding inspection and certification of all WPQRs, WQTC/WPQs in accordance with any relevant standards.
Ultraflux will also offer welding engineering services to clients to guide them through any welding processes within each company, such as pWPS, WPQRs & WPSs, writing to client specifications, welder qualification records for continued certification and prolongation logs to ensure all welders are certified for all project welding requirements.
Ultraflux will also aid in processes such as implementing QMS systems to ISO 3834 & EN 1090.
