Ultraflux has experienced examiners who can witness all your welding procedures and welder qualifications. Our examiners at Ultraflux will ensure all procedures and qualifications are tested to the correct standards and requirements and arrange all testing and inspection requirements needed to fulfil the client’s needs.
Welding Co-ordination
Ultraflux Welding Technologies can help with all your welding coordination needs in accordance with ISO 14731:2019. This can come in many forms we can help with the creation and implementation of your (WQMS) welding quality management system to help manage the quality of you welding in accordance with ISO3834 to ensure that the quality of you product remains to the highest standard and also identify areas that require attention. Ultraflux can also help with factory production control manuals this is a beneficial framework to set out standards needed for traceability in materials, consumables, training and equipment. We will prepare a manual specific to your company with your branding. It will contain all procedures needed for all elements of your business. This will be a crucial step in obtaining BS EN 1090 CE marking certification.
Welder Training
Ultraflux can also offer tailored welding training courses this includes training in visual inspections, welding safety and welding theory. We can also develop bespoke welder training programmes based on your own requirements if needed.
