Ultraflux is committed to providing a service that meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of our customers and satisfy all related regulatory and statutory requirements. 

Ultraflux is also committed to continually improving its Quality Management System to ensure a continuous and increasing level of customer satisfaction.

To meet and maintain these commitments, Ultraflux has developed and maintains a Quality Management System, which complies with the requirements of the latest edition of ISO 9001.

Furthermore, we will effectively communicate the Quality Policy Statement to all our employees and other relevant personnel. 

We will provide appropriate training to all employees; standardise, periodically audit, review and continually improve our Quality Management System, business processes and services.

We will proactively seek, and appropriately address all customer feedback.

Everyone at Ultraflux is responsible for contributing and ensuring quality objectives are achieved and customer satisfaction is enhanced and maintained.
